Step 1: send us your cherished photos
The journey begins with your photos! Most are stored on phones, so sending them is simple. Email your chosen images directly to us at [[everinspiredmoments@gmail.com]]. We accept various payment methods, including e-transfer, cash for in-person transactions, or a Square invoice for credit card payments. We often meet customers at tradeshows for convenient in-person orders.
Step 2: perfect your image for production
When we receive your photos, we'll expertly crop them to a 2.5-inch square style. If an image doesn't crop well, we'll reach out to discuss options. We can add a background, frame, or border to eliminate blank space, ensuring your magnet looks fantastic. The easiest way to get the magnet you're dreaming of is to send high-quality, clear photos that crop well to a square size.
Step 3: quick creation & convenient delivery
As a small, one-person business, we strive to complete and ship orders within 2 to 3 days of receiving them. Once ready, your order can be shipped directly to you. We only charge the actual shipping cost, often sending via lettermail to keep expenses low. For orders over $150, we happily cover the shipping cost!
